Programs are held on Tuesdays from 12pm-1pm on Sept 10, 17 24 & Oct 1 and 8. Sign up for all 5 weeks or attend just the presentations that are of interest to you. Learn about what credit is, how to improve it, and how your financial health impacts your ability to apply for loans and credit cards as well as it's impact when renting or purchasing a home. The opening bell rings this morning after a rough day on Wall Street Monday. Pre-market data is pointing to a higher open the day after all three major indexes finished deeply in the red on recession fears and concerns about Trump administration tariffs.        Ukraine appears to have carried out its largest drone attack to date against Russia. Russian officials say over 90 drones were used to target Moscow in a massive attack that led to the suspension of train service as well as flights at four airports.        The Department of Education is warning some 60 colleges and universities to protect Jewish students or risk losing federal funds. In letters sent to schools across the country Monday, the department said that the Civil Rights Act requires students to have uninterrupted access to campus facilities and educational opportunities. Last week, Columbia University lost 400-million-dollars in federal grants and contracts for what the government says is continued inaction to protect Jewish students from discrimination.        House Minority Leader Hakeem Jefferies expects Democrats to vote against the spending bill proposed by Republicans. Jeffries said the bill does nothing to protect social security, Medicare and Medicaid. Republicans are expected to bring the bill to the House floor today. Without a new spending bill, the federal government would shut down on Friday.        Pope Francis is showing good progress as he receives treatment for severe respiratory issues. That's according to a statement from the Vatican. Doctors have lifted their "guarded" prognosis of the 88 year old, which means he's no longer in danger from his current condition.        The top podcast of the year has been named at the iHeartPodcast Awards.
