Crews are switching to a "salvage and recovery" effort at the scene of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse at the mouth of the Baltimore harbor. That will involve removing the wreckage of the bridge and the huge cargo ship that struck it so that the harbor can eventually reopen. Crews have recovered the bodies of two construction workers from the water and four others remain missing and are presumed dead.    Donald Trump is honoring a fallen NYPD officer. Trump attended Police Officer Jonathan Diller's wake on Long Island today. The former president said it was a "sad event" and called for law and order. The 31-year-old officer was shot and killed Monday during a traffic stop in Queens.    Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is calling on Congress to deliver critical aid to Kyiv in its war with Russia. Zelensky briefed House Speaker Mike Johnson on the "battlefield situation" today, warning of Ukraine's dwindling resources and Russia's advances. He said quick passage of aid by Congress is vital.    A federal court is ruling that South Carolina must keep its congressional map intact for the 2024 election cycle. This after the court previously found the district represented by Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace was racially gerrymandered. The court today concluded that there was no time to create a new map before the June congressional primary.    The wealthiest one percent just got richer. The Federal Reserve reported the top one percent reached a record 44 trillion dollars in combined wealth at the end of last year. The most recent gains came from stock value increases which netted over two trillion dollars in the fourth quarter. The one percent own around half of individually held stocks.    The Sweet 16 of the NCAA Men's tournament is here. Four games tip off from Boston and Los Angeles on Thursday starting with number two Arizona against sixth-seeded Clemson. Another West region matchup takes place later in the day when top-seeded North Carolina battles number four Alabama.
